Absolutely love my new ring!!! After 15 years, I am finally able to purchase a replacement for my lost wedding set. Staci was amazing and very helpful in working with me to purchase my ring. I couldn’t be happier. I also spied several other beautiful necklaces and earrings that I will be back to purchase. Thank you Sullivan’s for helping me to find a new wedding band.

I very much enjoyed meeting Peggy, Olivia, and Staci today after being highly recommended in a local Facebook group. I swung by to make an appointment while I was in the area. They were all very warm, and welcoming from the time I walked in, until the time I left. My mission is to trade in what was broken, and would never wear. Then, use the diamonds I have to add to a future engagement ring, wedding bands, and fix what I wanted to keep.They had an opening this afternoon. I returned with a bunch of jewelry I got from my grandmother. A lot of it was costume jewelry, but between the three of them teaming up, they were able to separate what was good. Most of it I had no clue. They educated me throughout my time with them. I was impressed how all three worked together with me in the 2 hours I was there. I will be back tomorrow for round two.I knew this was the place to be within 30 minutes of their company. I’m excited to continue to work with them in the future.

After being recommended and reading reviews I decided on Sullivan’s for a ring resizing. Ultimately it was not able to be done due to the way the ring was made. When I returned I ended up having them did work on 4 pieces I had. I have never felt more welcomed and cared about at any store in the past. This is a family owned jewelry store. I will be using them for all my jewelry needs in the future. They have a parking lot at the back of the store. Highly recommend. Thanks to Isabelle for her kindness and time.

I wanted a ring that made me think of my kids on a daily basis…well Sullivan’s Jewelers did not disappoint! They helped me with ideas and I ended up buying 2 beautiful matching bands with alternating birthstones (amethyst for my son’s February birthday and aqua marine for my daughter’s March birthday). I now wear the rings on each side of my cross ring. I am so thrilled with how they turned out. They are BEAUTIFUL! The service in their store is like no other jewelry place I have been. Thanks to Staci and Isabel for bringing this all together for me!

Absolutely will go back for any and every jewelry need; we had a family heirloom worked on and had complete trust and confidence that it would come back to us in pristine condition, which it did. Staci is the real gem at Sullivan's jewelers! The customer service from Staci, Isabel, Olivia and Paul is unmatched. Staci helped me transform a family heirloom into a modern beautiful piece of jewelry. We updated several chains and pendants and I was also able to unload some unused gold and silver. Went to see Staci to have my engagement ring appraised. I highly recommend her place of business. I was able to wait until she completed my appraisal and she explained every detail of my ring. She also recommended an insurance company to work with and it was the same company I was looking at to insure my jewelry. Now I can wear it with no worries. Ring appraised, ring insured.

My family has been buying quality jewelry from the Sullivan family since the ‘80’s. Staci Sullivan has all the wonderful qualities from growing up in the family business, combined with her own personality and artistic mind. The inventory at her friendly, boutique style jewelry store is incredible, but if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, just let them know. Staci will find or design something that suits you perfectly. Btw, the jeweler there is second to none. And you won’t find better customer service than Staci and her knowledgeable staff at Staci Sullivan’s Jewelry & Design Studio. Quality jewelry, unique custom design, and excellent customer service. What a wonderful experience working with Staci! She took such care to understand what my needs were in fixing a very sentimental piece of jewelry for me, my mother's anniversary ring. My husband and I have enjoyed the Sullivan jewelry family since 1985. Staci is third generation Sullivan. I first met her as the beautiful little girl behind the counter at her parents jewelry store at The Oaks. Her mother Isabel always helped us choose the perfect “jewel”. I saw a commercial for Staci Sullivan Jewelers and after almost losing my anklet due to a faulty clasp, I gathered all of my unused/broken jewelry and went to see Staci. Isabel went through all of the pieces I brought in and we spoke of what I was looking for. The jeweler made the 2 charms for my anklet out of cluster rings I had. After 25 years of having my grandmother’s engagement ring, a ring of my mother’s along with another ring in my jewelry box and a solitaire diamond pendant I was wearing, Staci and her designer came up with a new pendant with my diamonds, rubies and sapphires. With the sentiment of where the stones are from, I now have a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I was looking to get a new setting for my wife’s wedding ring due to a broken prong. I met Isabel and what a blessing. She was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t afraid to offer her advice. I learned so much about the qualities of gold and platinum during our short visit. She helped me find a setting using my diamond and platinum was the choice. When I went to pick it up I was very happy with the result. The ring looks stunning and my wife was even happier. For what we received, from beginning to end, it was worth more then we spent and now we have a ring that we both enjoy. Thank you very much Isebel at Sullivan’s Jewelers. Staci was a pleasure to work with! She helped me custom design a gorgeous cocktail ring featuring various stones from my parents and grandparents.
