Returns/Exchanges

Sullivan’s Jewelers accepts refunds or exchanges only up to 10 business days after pickup or delivery. All jewelry purchased must be in the original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Restocking fee of 10% is deducted on all refunds. If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact Sullivan’s Jewelers within 3 business days. In order to complete a return or exchange, Sullivan’s Jewelers requires a receipt or proof of purchase, along with the original packaging. Special accommodations can be made by the purchaser if the item was a gift. Refunds or exchanges are only accepted in person or with a preassigned Return Merchandise Authorization # provided by Sullivan’s Jewelers on the package. Sullivan’s Jewelers reserves the right to inspect all jewelry prior to refund or exchange for wear or damage. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the purchaser expense. All special orders, personalized items, one-of-a-kind, and consignment jewelry are final sale. If jewelry falls into one of these distinct categories, it will be noted in the product description. Layaway/Finance Options

Sullivan’s Jewelers offers a 0% interest 3-month layaway program. If you are interested in making a purchase utilizing Sullivan’s layaway, you will be required to put down 30% of the sale price with an established an authorized recurrent payment plan with regularly scheduled payments. Layaway does not incur finance charges. All sizing and/or adjustments will take place once the product is paid in full. If shipping is required upon the finalization of a product on layaway, Sullivan’s Jewelers staff will coordinate with client for a timely delivery. Additional finance options may be available depending on credit.

Shipping

Sullivan’s Jewelers insures the product for the purchase price with the utmost care to deliver the purchase in the specified delivery timeframe. Sullivan’s Jewelers is not responsible for covering to or from client shipping expenses. The original purchase accrued shipping charges are non-refundable with exchanges or returns. Sullivan’s Jewelers requires all shipping costs to be paid for by the customer for return or exchange items. Please call 321-978-2200 to receive a designated Return Merchandise Authorization # from Sullivan’s Jewelers to be placed on all return or exchange packages. Depending on where the package is being shipped, the time it may take for product to be received may vary. If you are making a shipment to Sullivan’s Jewelers, consider purchasing insurance and selecting a trackable shipping method. Sullivan’s Jewelers does not accept packages without an RMA#. Sullivan’s Jewelers is not liable for any products lost or damaged during return shipping.

Service Terms & Conditions

Sullivan’s Jewelers recommends routine maintenance on your jewelry. Cleaning & inspecting at least twice a year is recommended. This complimentary service Sullivan’s Jewelers offers in store covers all your favorite sentimental treasures, whether it is a Sullivan’s jewelry item or not. If repairs are needed, Sullivan’s Jewelers will do their best to repair your jewelry onsite. If the jewelry repair is a manufacturer defect or warranty issue and the jewelry needs attention from the manufacturer, shipping, insurance and handling charges may be incurred, even if a service repair estimate is declined. You will be contacted prior to any mailing. Minimum charge is $35. The majority of repair estimates will be given within 7-10 business days for repairs performed onsite. Outside jewelry manufacturers may require additional time. Estimated dates on the repair receipt are purely estimates, as exact dates of service may be unknown due to parts availability from manufacturers or other circumstances. You will be contacted after your jewelry has passed Sullivan’s Jewelers rigorous quality control inspection and is ready to be picked up or shipped. If Sullivan’s Jewelers initiates contact upon the completion of the repair and it is not paid in full and/or picked up for 60 days from completion, property will be considered forsaken and retained by Sullivan’s Jewelers. All articles which are antique, irreplaceable, fragile or brittle nature, and/or susceptible to damage from light, heat, or moisture are accepted on condition that the customer accepts all risks with respect to any service requested to be performed. Customers leaving jewelry in the care of Sullivan’s Jewelers will not hold the company liable if damage occurs due to routine cleaning, repairing, and inspecting. Notice of Limited Liability: You agree that the appropriate description and value(s) of the article(s) listed on the claim receipt are correct and accept Sullivan’s Jewelers Terms & Conditions. This store, including its employees, accepts no responsibility for the condition or identification of jewelry, stones or watches. You also affirm these stones are not altered by fracture filling, laser drilling, and/or by any other treatment means, unless specifically listed. The business entity Sullivan’s Jewelers will not act as an issuer of the jewelry item(s) listed and submitted to for repair only. Insurance coverage is recommended to jewelry owners. In turn, appraisals are available on premises. Precautions are taken to keep all customers jewelry safe and secure while in the care of Sullivan’s Jewelers. Any unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and insurance may be used to settle a claim. Repair receipt or valid government issued identification card must be presented to pick-up jewelry left in Sullivan’s Jewelers care. Sullivan’s Jewelers store policy insists for the owner of the jewelry on hand for repair to notify the business in advance if a person other than the one(s) named on claim receipt will be picking jewelry up. Sullivan’s Jewelers reserves the right to request an approval of another party picking up your item in writing.

Warranty

Sullivan’s Jewelers has been serving clients for 3 generations. Quality, service, and value are the cornerstones of the Sullivan family legacy. Sullivan’s Jewelers warranty plan covers repairs to the metal and accent diamonds or gemstones in your Sullivan’s jewelry that result from manufacturing defects up to one year from purchase. Sullivan’s Jewelers reserves the right to void this warranty if the jewelry product deems damage was caused by circumstances beyond a manufacturing defect. Please note: Primary/center stones and estate/consignment jewelry are not included in this warranty.
